How do I track my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We typically take a few business days to process your order before shipment. After your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking information.
When will my order ship?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We typically take a few business days to process your order before shipment. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Depending upon your selected ship method, US domestic orders typically arrive within 4-14 business days after shipment.
Where does Tarel ship to?
Currently, we ship to all 50 US states, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
Does Tarel ship to Canada?
Yes we do! We cannot guarantee shipping times for international shipment. International shipping may be subject to import tax, custom duties, and any fees imposed by the destination country. Tarel does not collect any duties and/or taxes and we cannot predict what your charges may be.
What shipping methods are available?
We use both UPS and USPS as carriers. The following options are available:
US & Puerto Rico: Standard Shipping - $5, delivery within 4-14 business days.
Canada: Standard Shipping - $18, delivery within 12 - 21 business days
Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or holiday

What's Tarel return policy?
If your Tarel product is not working for you for some reason, we’re here to help! We offer a 30 day return policy. Products must have been purchased through our online store, and be in new or gently used condition.
Please keep in mind that we do not refund original shipping charges. All gift cards and trial products are final sale.
To move forward with a return request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and items you would like to return.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has already been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they have been placed.
An item is missing from my order
We are sorry to hear that! If you’re missing item(s) on your package, it is likely coming in another packer. However, if you have not received all of your items within 5 business days after the initial delivery, please reach out to us at email@example.com
I'd never received my order
We are so sorry to hear that. Here are a few steps you can do!
- Look up your tracking number and shipping information to confirm that your shipping address is correct in your confirmation email.
- If it’s marked as delivered, give it a couple more days. Sometimes carriers mark something as delivered before it's actually physically delivered.
- Check your tracking link for a notice of an attempted delivery. The notice will have instructions on the next steps you should take.
- Contact carrier and use your tracking number to start a claim.
